I don't think it's illegal if you are sending it back to the manufacturer for repair.

Garand

I bought a Garand with my $600 bucks.

I live down the street from the Pasadena Convention Center so I might check it out, I need some 30-06 for the Garand. I agree about Houston, though. It's hard to get downtown and parking is expensive.
