My 8pd. jug of 4955 contains that line, on the front. I bought mine as a replacement for H4831, as a candidate for my upcoming .25WSSM with bullets heavier than 120gn.
I've certainly retrieved many primers I've dropped on the floor, but if I can't see it, using a flashlite, from my chair, it stays on the floor until I stumble into it a day or three later. :)
Hello from another 77-year-old.. My main ailments are arthritis in my right hand and a replaced right shoulder joint that has broken and will be rereplaced this summer.. But I wake each morning, feeling, generally, quite good and thank God that I and my loving wife are still going relatively...
First, I've enjoyed seeing all those firearms; TYVM boys and girls.
I've been a gun guy for maybe 60 years but never a collector of anything that goes BANG! My most-interesting (IMO) current firearm is a UBR/MSR that looks a bit like an AR-15...

...and in excellent condition.. Inspected and lubed it, remounted the scope rail with threadlocker, installed my NightForce 12-42X56 scope and a bipod, removed the muzzle brake, and here it is. I have a Zeiss V6 5-30X50 scope coming; sometimes the NightForce at its shortest is a bit too long...
Hodgdon doesn't list any StaBALL6.5 loads for the 280 in their 2020 manual; I suspect SB6.5's burning rate isn't quite right for the 280.. They do use Superformance with 120- and 140g. bullets, and it achieves the highest velocities.
