Every one of my firearms,pistols and rifles is in a Bore-Store,whether in the safe or not. I have been using them since the last century and never had any rust problems. On the Oregon coast,when it rains,it pours and does so very often. I occasionally spray them with silicon in a can.

I replaced my extractor with a M*Carbo one. I found if the barrel nut isn't adjusted right all sorts of mischief can happen. I tighten down until the barrel won't attach and loosen one click.

I really like mine. 500 round count,no problems except one minor one. Get a 1.5mm hex key and some purple thread lock and make sure the rear sight set screw is tight and stays that way.

I can't imagine life without one.
