Hello Everyone, I came up with a item to replace the lock on the new Smith's. The only extra tool you need in your kit is a dental pick. I have them on hand, and it take a different one for the "J" frame, K/L/N are the same along with one for the big "X" frame. Here is a picture of one...

back when we shot PPC we done the neck hold. If you take a revolver with a Bomar on it the neck would fill the sight picture.

Here is the target from today at the range, this is a 50ft. target shot at about 24 yrds.

You may need to fit the hand and trim the barrel. You need a frame wrench to take off the barrel, and a file to fit the hand.

:D It is a Ti cylinder, and a seven shot to boot. Seven shot's and weight loss all in one. Here is a few more pictures.

Just parts that I picked up, plus the wait to find a 681 to do it to. Didn't want a collector item to change. It took a total of five hours to switch barrels, fit cylinder, timing along with a trigger job.

Here is a project that I just finished, here is a start and finish photo's. though you would enjoy a "one of a kind" photo.

Got a 681 S&W and a new barrel and Ti 7 shot cylinder to build a fix sight lite revolver in the "L" Frame. Here are the Items I have on order and should have them next week.

It is shot, look for a new one.
