A number of handguns, SIG Sauer's in particular, are intentionally set up at the factory with a "combat" sight picture that requires placing the front sight dot on top of the point of aim, rather than underneath for a "pumpkin on a post" sight picture.

I was using Fitz today to polish a sterling silver money clip and noticed a very strong ammonia smell. Don't know how the ammonia content compares to Brass.

Not shot it yet (it just arrived this evening), but I've dry fired it a bit, and it feels like my other 3 Ruger Bisleys, so I believe it'll shoot just fine.

Are you sure it's a sporterized Swedish Mauser (in my understanding, only made originally in 6.5x55)? Could it be a sporterized Arisaka Type I (made in Italy, 6.5x50, based on Carcano action; I have a non-sporterized Arisaka Type I made by Beretta)? It's not clear to me how a Swedish Mauser...

Why are you rinsing your pistol barrels with water after using MPro7? I just follow up with something like WeaponShield (which itself has some solvent ability); a CLP should work also.
