Intersting, I'd be curious to see the outcome. Here in MA they will offer relief but the BATFE does not recognize that relief (can get a MA LTC but still a federally prohibited person).
I would move out of the state. As someone who lives in MA, this has come up in the legislature over the past few years. It occurred to me that I would pull the trigger on my planned move to southern Maine if my name and address was published the same way as sex offenders are.
Dang that is good to know! I almost did the same thing once but noticed before putting the slide back on the frame. Thanks for sharing so we can all learn from your experiences.
I just don't understand the concept of being "run off the road". Either someone is going to hit you or you drive off the road. Don't drive off the road, let the dbag hit you so there is some evidence on his vehicle. Most people won't hit another car, they just get menacingly close in the...
Here in the people's republic of MA, there is the EOPS list and there is the attorney general's super secret standards for determining if a gun is safe enough for MA subjects. Nobody knows the AG's criteria for testing. This is why Glocks are on "the list" yet MA dealers cannot sell them...
I can't imagine tumbling to be any worse than riding around in a soldiers rucksack for a few weeks or bouncing around in the bed of a Humvee so it is no surprise that there is no effect. Thanks for the great photos and testing.
I must carry at my job, but that's because I'm my own boss and we have a strict firearms policy.....stating that all employees must be armed at all times.
I've heard from a few LEO friends that some agencies require their LEOs to carry while off duty and in the jurisdiction.
Thanks for the advice everyone. The bullet starts out with a flat point when new.
I am using small rifle primers, have been for a while and yes I worked my load up so don't copy my load without proper testing and knowing what works for your gun/powder/etc etc (end lawyer statement).
A friend gave me a massive box of these .355 115 grain plated or jacketed soft point bullets. They work well in all of my 9mm. My problem may be more cosmetic than anything, but I can't figure out which seating plug to use. The rounded plug smooshes the soft point of the bullett while the...
We have the same crap in most of the big dump cities in MA. Stringent gun laws and shot spotter system and yet still they have a problem with 'gun violence'. More knee jerk reactions to problems with people aimed at inanimate objects. I think the whole thing is a bunch of crap and the $ would...
