Sinclair has a series of free videos that are a good place to start. It's advertising for their products but there is actually some good info here too.
Given a choice i think i would try the RCBS swager first simply because of price $35.00 Vs. $100.00 of the dillon swager. I think either tool is acceptable and know for a fact the dillon super swage works very well.
The 1050 is advertised to swage out primer crimps and it probably would if set...

Price of the wood for this project was $0.00. Just had to buy fasteners so i maybe got $10-$15 in it and it's rock solid (extra bracing under the 650 of course).
