There is nothing special about it. The magazines are from the Clinton ban era, and are interesting only for the Law Enforcement Only stamp. There's no reason to pay extra for one.

That term bugs me. I've never seen any gun assault anyone (let alone kill someone). It's another one of those liberal "blame the object, not the person" things.
I've had the same experience with RCBS. I called for a part that was broken due to MY actions, and they replaced it free. I offered to pay, but they would have none of that. :)
