Saw it, not bad. Enjoyable to see a DOOM/Quake style FPS get big screen play. I love the games, and enjoyed the movie. It's not masterpiece theatre, but lets be honest, thats not your style anyway. ;)

It would be interesting to follow this story and see what becomes of things. To bad we don't have anyone, "on the ground", there to keep us posted.

Amazing story. They just did a little blurb on Fox News. The host at the time, Kiren Chetry ?sp, was amazed when the deputy mentioned the ccw stepping in and possibly saving lives. Her reply was to the effect of, "You don't reccomend that sort of thing do you?", and "Yeah but he lost his life."...

Wow.....that sounds like crazy hunting :what: I just got the new National Geographic and there was a small blurb about finding "hogzilla". You may need a pike/lance and a good horse for that one!

So with the two points of contention being; 1. no sights- as asked before, can these be added later? (how much trouble?) 2. barrel length - why are you down on this length? Seems to be a lot quicker and easier to pack which would be in line with the purpose of the rifle. This isn't a match...

I like the sig on that list, but the colt would be my first choice.

Any LEO's or others get this magazine by the NTOA? I'd like to get the latest issue (guys in scba's and red hats on cover :) ). Probably a long shot but I thought couldn't hurt.
