You can order the hornady die boxes that are designed to hold the dies with the bushings in them. Also believe that mtm makes a box that will hold them.
Absolutely can not interchange berdan and boxer primers. Anvil is built into a boxer primer and built into the brass on a berdan primer. You can hydraulically pop out a berdan primer but they make a tool to do it that is similar to using a claw hammer to remove a nail.
80gr is a long bullet for an ar magazine. You could in theory start low on your loading and work up to something that works for you.
Seating deeper will cause more pressure to develop inside the case, too much pressure can cause problems and rupture cases
