I've had a squib load. I'm fairly new at it too and this happened out of the 3rd batch I had made.
The terrible thing was, I was letting someone else try my 1911 when it happened. Luckily I noticed it and asked them to hand me the gun.

I have also experienced this and do exactly what the others have mentioned. I write down the disk holes that I use for each powder and drop that I get with that powder. I will also add that I have experienced this will all the powders I have used in the auto disk.
At 15 yards with 230RN FMJ I have been fairly tight groups. 3 out of 5 shots generally revmove the center of the target. I use a very light crimp and seat at 1.23-1.24. I shoot from a SW1911. I have been loading Rainier 230GR RN FMJ with 5.5GR of W231.
When I ordered from Lee Factory Sales they said it was instock. When I checked a week later (I called) it was 6-8 weeks. I ended up cancelling and ordering one instock from MidWay. I thought the wait was excessive too.
