I have been hand priming for 23 yrs using the Lee and also the Rcbs as of the last 2 years I really like both units they haved served me well and prime as fast as you can place a case in them

BHP FAN , if you can get it up to 1500 degrees or a little past were a magnet wont stick to it and have your oil pre heated to 140 -160 degrees you can dunk in there swish it around for a min or so to cool it and clean it and try temp in your oven @400 . I really dont think you need to temper it...
