For me, the cost of the Colt was more than double the Überti price. Plus I use mine as a holster gun on the trail when we ride the mules. This is all year, rain or shine. So the stainless was also a big plus.

I can tell you about my Überti El Patron in .357. It is an excellent SAA clone. Very well made with superb fit and finish. Mine is in stainless and there are no tool marks and polished perfectly. The accuracy is also very good for a short barreled, fixed sighted revolver. I love mine.
I would not want to be shot with anything, including a .177 pellet gun
That being said, I'd much prefer to take my chances with the .45 rather than the .223.
