I also carry a Gen4 G19, but opted for the 5.0 Tactical Ghost Inc connector, to go with the smooth trigger, and I love it. I didn't change any springs, but I shoot much better with it than without it. I would be very interested to hear your findings with the Lightning Strike plunger.

You are correct You've got it. No spring in the AR bolt assembly.

I installed a SRT on my P245 with no problems. I wouldn't have done any modification of angles on anything, but it was a straight forward parts swap. I've also used it plenty and haven't had any problems with it.

If it gets more people into shooting, or supports cancer research/awareness, it's fine by me. My wife, however, hates pink. she prefers purple, but mostly she comments that pink stuff is often made fore men, or second rate (e.g., the above mentioned pink screwdrivers) and made "girlie."
