    The legality of handguns

There are plenty of firearms that should be illegal, ie: Anything in .25ACP Mossberg 464 SPX Anything made by Mahely Any S&W Semi auto pistol I'm sure there's more...

Taking a hoplophobe to the range.

The others have covered the bulk of the situation, here's what I do with folks who have fears/etc. 1. Don't make their first range trip a group one, go when it is as quiet as possible, and do it one-on-one. If fear prevents her from going the first try, no pressure, do lunch instead - a good...

    Reasonable gun buying

My wife is fine with my usually errant buying schedule, she knows the resale value of them, so it's like having a savings account that launches projectiles :-)

.22LR Frangible Ammo: Winchester Varmint HE vs. CCI Quik Shok

CCI is my pick, does a fantastic job on small furry critters, generally it'll leave four holes in the carcass, one entry, three exit, and a broken bone or two to top it off. The other, somewhat non-frangible round I have on my top ten list is Aquila's Super Maximum - 1730fps of critter...

Chiappa adding RFID chips to their guns

IMO, it's not a issue at all, Chiappa are being open about the inclusion of the RFIDs, of which, the data held therin is simply of no use to anyone without having very intimate knowledge of the companies databases to even recognize that the number they have scanned is even related to firearms...
