Chiappa Kodiak is another 45/70 side loader. I have no experience with them however. Henrys 45/70 All weather is very nice too. If you can get past the tube load.

Are these clones any good? Are they better than the new Cimmaron 1897 clones? What would a used unfired example be worth?
