642 Problem I noticed that on my 642 the cylinder can rotate/wiggle just a smidge on its axis when closed. Does this create any danger in firing it, and will it affect accuracy?

YMMV. It'll depend on your body type and choice of pants. If you're a beanpole and/or want to carry it in relatively tight pants with low-cut jean-style pocket openings (versus the vertical slash style of dress pants), it'll be pretty obvious.
