I recently purchased a Japanese made Browning BLR in .308 Winchester. It's a teriffic rifle, but I would like to lighten the trigger pull. I'm guessing it might be 6+ lbs. Any advice appreciated. Different springs,etc. (I'd like to do the job myself) Thanks!

I heard of this sort of thing happening at a firearms retailer near me. Someone went into this store with his rifle and a round in the pipe from deer hunting the previous year. The man had the rifle on the counter and intended to dry fire, but BANG!!!. No one was hurt. Thanks for this post...
