Thanks for all the responses. I ended up loading 1/2 of my 357 casings w/Hornady 158gr XTP's with 6.6 gr of W231, and half with 16.0 gr of w296. The 231Win were mild, and the Win296 pack a punch (I likey!!!) Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Have been reloading 9mm, .38, and 45acp...now the foray into .357mag. I usually do a lot of research, or recipe hunting, and there's where the confusion starts. Checking "handloads.com", Lymans's 49tth, Hornadys 9th, Nosler's 8th, and Lee's Modern Reloading 2nd all show wildly different recipes...
