    Straw Purchase?

Quoted from the ATF website: Keep in mind that a straw purchase is a purchase in which the actual purchaser uses someone else — a.k.a. the “straw person” — to purchase the firearm and complete the paperwork. Generally, the straw purchaser is used because the actual purchaser is not...

    Range Shooting Question?

Thank you for your responses Deavis and Firethorn. My point is to the actual crime committed. Taking an obviously unloaded firearm (per the NRA tag) and placing it in the SUV would be charged as theft , since no bodily injury or threat of bodily injury occurredin taking the property...

Have you ever been shot at or threatened with a gun?

I was fired upon by a disgruntled ex-employee once. He fired 2 rounds before his Lorcin dropped the magazine. I went home and he went to jail. While serving as an Army MP, I was wounded in the leg by a .25 acp round fired from approximately 50 feet away. I returned to duty 2 days later...

Looking for good, but very cheap handgun

When my wife finally decided to CC, she appropriated my Hungarian Mak in 9x18. I feel confident, and more important she has confidence in this gun. Whatever gun she chooses, it should be something she feels comfortable and confident with. That's my $.02.
