    RCBS Little Dandy Hopper Loose?

I recently purchased a Little Dandy powder measure. The hopper doesn't appear to be attached to the rest of the measure in any way and is quite loose. Is it supposed to just sit on the top. It looks like if I were to pick it up by the hopper I would end up with a lot of powder on the ground...

    Missouri Bullets...are you kidding me?

Is Missouri Bullet still offering a THR discount? I'm considering placing an order.

    The Glock group

Ringer, thats the nicest looking grip treatment I've seen on a Glock. Can you give us some details. What is it, who did it?

Interesting point of view on gun cleaning.

Where does he think the powder residue goes then? It doesn't stick to the lube so it just magically floats away?

True Story of Open Carry in Ohio

That's quite amazing. I too am an Ohio resident but I don't think I'd carry openly around the city (Dayton). It just seems too likely that many poeple would panic and call the police, unless they assumed I was the police, but I don't look the part. Any chance people just assumed you were a cop...

    Future Firearms Heirlooms For Family

My father will almost certainly be leaving me his Colt Pythons both of which will hold great sentimental value. One of them was given to him by my mother, and the other was carried on duty. I will also likely be left my grandfathers old double barrel shotgun which was left to my father. I'll...

    Reloading room dilemma.

Thank you all for putting my fears to rest. I'm not sure why it suprised some of you that the house has a fuse box. It was built in 1965 and simply hasn't been updated. I've seen quite a few houses that still have fuse boxes and I don't see any huge advantage to upgrading to a breaker box...

    Reloading room dilemma.

I'm about to close on a house. I was over there yesterday for the home inspection which went very well. While I was down in the basement with the inspector I was thinking about where I could setup my reloading bench. 80% of the basement is nicely finished and the other 20% is a utility room...

    Hodgdon Clays Appearance?

Griz, my clays looks the same as yours. I think I'm in the clear here. The trail boss flakes do have a much more distinct cheerio shape. Thanks for the pics. :)

    Hodgdon Clays Appearance?

Yeah, thats what they look like. Cheerios. I don't see how any trail boss could get mixed in either. Perhaps this is something I should call them on. I thought for sure someone would tell me that yes indeed this is how Clays should look.

    Hodgdon Clays Appearance?

I noticed this morning when I opened my first pound of Hodgdon clays that some of the flakes of powder had little holes through the center, but most did not. Is this normal? I just want to make sure I didn't get a bad or contaminated batch. Thanks!

Hulk Hogan appears very pro gun

I have seen several episodes of the show including the episodes where he has gone to the range. I'm not a wrestling fan, but the Hulk seems like a pretty cool guy. In the last episode they were shooting the .50 at an indoor range. I'm curious as to what kind of a backstop it would take in...

I'm with Rumpled. This is a good reason to have a dog. My 2 Beagles will wake me up should anything go bump in the night.

    Gun Rooms

I'm starting the house hunt and I'm hoping I can work it out so that I will have a "gun room". I need to convince the lady, but if she says we "need" 3 bedrooms then I think we "need" a gun room. :) I'm looking for either a place with a large garage or a good watertight basement where I can...

    Unusual .38 special brass markings?

Thanks guys. I should have realized that W C C was Winchester, turns out I have some 5.56 ammo with the same headstamp.
