I built one of those on a WASR body but I used a VLTOR Modstock and added a different muzzle brake. Also added a Krebs rear peep sight which I like a lot. It may be ugly to the traditionalists, but I love it and it's a purely fun gun (especially with the 75 round drum!). Nice build.

I actually swapped out my WASR wood stock with an VLTOR 6 position Modstock, which has great cheek-weld and is adjustable for length of pull. Also has a storage compartment, etc. I love it - the only drawback being that it cost about half of what I paid for the original rifle!

Agreed about the stock. Although I believe it is possible to put a regular stock on - IIRC VLTOR makes one - it would cost about half of what the gun is worth. Great quality (for a Century) AK though in my opinion, I almost bought one last year. A couple of guys I know that own these swear by...
