Does it work okay when you work the lever quickly?

I just scored 500 rounds of factory 38 special range ammo, for only a song at a fraction of wholesale, and my 642 will be singing that tune real soon at the range!

How about a stainless Charter Arms .38 Spec.? Or better a used S&W. Me, I'd have a chest holster rig.

39a bolt fits. I had to do a little filing. Sometimes they drop right in, others have reported. I got one so I could use high velocity ammo, few years ago, because standard velocity can be hard to locate. There was a good discussion that I initiated over at Leverguns.com a few years ago.
