If you want something HOT. Check out doubletap ammo. 357 mag 125gr going 1425fps from a 2" barrel. I've shot them and they thump. Nice thing is that in my 340 the 38sp gold dot, the 357mag gold dot and the double tap all shoot to the same point of aim.

I have a 340 with the 405 lazer grip. The only problem I had was my little finger would hit the on/off switch during recoil and turn the lazer off. I took a drimmel tool and ground the switch down a little and the problem has been solved. I did have a problem with the grip starting to serperate...

I called S&W and they recommended the breakfree. Works for me.

I'm new here but would like to comment on this great thread and outstanding site. I agree that a fanny pack signals gun but is that bad? It's still concealed and if the "would be" bad guy thinks I have a gun maybe he'll decide to rob/mug or murder someone else. Just my .02 Thanks
