I'm sure if you Google "(gun name) failures" you'll get plenty of results for any gun out there. They are mechanical and once in a while do fail. If you sell a gun every-time you hear about another one like it failing, you won't have many guns. Like Evan says, I wouldn't shoot high velocity...

I agree, I would not go with a gen 4 until the new recoil springs are made absolutely reliable. I just bought a police trade-in G22 for about $408, great gun. I would look look into a Lone Wolf barrel, they're usually a drop-in replacement, are affordable, and allow you to fire lead...
