    Yugoslavian AK-47

Brought it to the range today. It shoots GREAT! I am very happy with it. The Tapco mags worked flawlessly as well. No jams or hickups of any sort.

    Yugoslavian AK-47

You are correct. It came with two Tapco mags. They look to be pretty well built. I'll be going to shoot tomorrow so I'll let you know.

    Yugoslavian AK-47

I'm not really interested in converting anything. I want what I buy. No converting etc. I'm not really concerned with accuracy on this rifle is. Just want something fun to shoot around with. Hit paper--yes. 3 or less inch groups--not so much.

    Yugoslavian AK-47

I found a Yugoslavian AK-47 at a local gun shop with a pretty decent price. I'm new to AKs and wanted to know if this would be a good buy or not.

    Best 1911 for the money

Very good point. I stated I wanted to spend less than $1000 but I am not opposed to spending a little more if I'm getting a better quality firearm for the money.

Hopefully an Easy Question to Answer (Bushmaster O.R.C.)

Its possible for sure. I did it a few weeks ago on my own. Easiest way is with a handguard removal tool but it can be done without one.
