took me a while to read this thread... I am looking to take the plunge. I think I have settled on a 30/30 and I think I am going to go with the SS version. Looks too good to pass up. I can't wait to post my pic.

I have run the 9mm and the .45 and love them both. I noticed that my walmart is running the 9mm at 18.95 for a box of 20 and 21.95 for a box of 20 in the .45 This is great ammo at a great price! I keep both my pistols loaded with it.

I clean my guns everytime I shoot one regardless of how many rounds I put through them. I am like you, I clean my guns every 30 day whether they are shot or not. If for no other reason than I enjoy field stripping my guns and cleaning them. :D

i would like to see some of you try and get the 10th round in on my g30sf... :)

well... I guess until you shoot one you will never know. My PO1 is a joy to shoot. I plan on keeping it for life.

I cooled off a tad after my recent G30sf pick up but for sure my next gun purchase this year will be a Mossberg 500 12g shotgun. Sometime after the first of the year I will have to pick up my first .40 cal. Leaning towards G27 possibly 23 but have considered looking at the M&P possibly the XD.

I am currently using a Glock 30sf with Winchester Supreme Elite 230gr JHP ammo as my nightstand gun. I am fixin to add a Mossberg 500 Persuader 12g shotgun to my home defense arsenal.

I have shot the 23c and it was an amazing gun. It had very little snap or recoil to it compared to the other 40s i have shot. I would say that it was pretty much the same as shooting my CZ 9mm. I wouldnt mind having a 23c at some point.

congrats on your G30. One of the reasons I went with 9mm as my first purchase was ammo accessability and pricing. I was nervous about the cost of .45 acp ammo. I just got back from walmart 15 minutes ago and picked up federal 230 gr. FMJ for 15.95 a box. (They had tons of 9, 40, and 45)...

picked my G30sf up today! Great price of 509.00 plus tax. I can't wait to shoot it. I am going to need to pick up a holster. I dont think I will consider anything other than a IWB clip on. Does anybody have any suggestions for one. I have fist #6 for my CZ. It is a very nice holster...

I have read nothing but great reviews on this stuff. The expansion is cookie cutter and consistent according to all of the tests I have read. I am using it my 9mm. I just bought a box to feed my brand spanking new G30sf.
