I was surfing around the internet reading articles on court rulings regarding firearms. I found this and present it to y'all so that you may laugh in disbelief, cry out of desperation, or yell and hit your head on something hard. Warning: do not read if you do not have a sense of morbid...

Do any of you have any strategies as far as removing some or all of the regulation on suppressors? Would you bring up constitutional issues or go through legislation, do any of you have any nifty tricks up your sleeves?

How many of you think that Suppressors should be de-regulated and/or taken out of the NFA?

If caplocks and flintlocks are not considered to be "real" firearms, then does the NFA apply? I'm not sure how handy an 8" SBS percussion cap shotgun would be but it might be fun.
