I've had good dealings with both of these from the OP's list ^^^

Powder can often keep for many decades, but there's no guarantee. I've run into unopened containers from the '70s and '80s where it was obvious after opening that the powder had gone bad (grains coming apart into dust, bad smell, etc.)
