Just to clarify, the frame is the same on the 40 vs the 9, but the slide of the 40 (357) is wider and taller???

Thanks for the input SK. I suppose the rubbers will be a cheaper option to explore than the Aluminum's. But the Al sure does look nice. I like the Alumagrips I have for my 1911's, but they don't make a P239 option.
Does anyone have, or know from experience if the Hogue Aluminum grips for the Sig P239 are any thinner than the Sig wood grips. I picked up a SAS 2-tone DAK P239 with the fairly thick wood grips. Beautiful gun, but I was curious about the Hogue Aluminums.
