Pretty sure TN doesn't have any laws. In fact Tn law states that a black powder weapon is considered a "non-gun". They apparently have the issue not TN law. I have shipped several bp guns in past & checked into it.
As long as its gun season I usually stay in the stand. However this is a great time to stalk. I never bowhunt in the rain because of washed out blood trails.
Yes all bs that serve alcohol are off limits to cc. However any other business that does not allow cc must be WELL marked. All walmarts here in east tn allow cc & very few places dont. Btw our law is not cc you can wear it openly but Ive never seen anyone do it.

My Grandfather gave me a 44-40 back in the early 80's. His Father gave it to him. It was made by LaSabre. He thought it was used by the Spainards durning the S_Am War. Some thug stole it about 20 years ago. My question is... does anyone know anything about this gun & have you ever seen them...
