If the head piece fits you properly, you do not get movement. Mine from MidwayUSA the Caldwell line, just fits over a ball cap, snuggly. I wear glasses, and shooting glasses over, and have not had a problem with sound getting in or movement when I turn my head.

I have done two hand gun courses, and many short shooting sessions since mine went in. I shoot hand guns right handed, but even shooting weak handed was not a problem at all. I know they told me to wait a few weeks before shooting with weak hand.
