When someone says "get an older Wingmaster", what exactly does that mean? 1970's 1980's 1990's? Is there some special cut off date when quality went downhill?

Thanks for the advice on the CT grips. Ordered a Mikas pocket hoster round today. How do you tell what dash number(-1 or-2) you have? Also are the internal locks only sold in some States? I don't have oneon my 642

Hello All Just became a member today! Picked up my 642 this morning. I would definetly like to add CT grips in the future. Any suggestions on where to get them? This was my second purchase after a Glock 19. Now I just have to read 4 years of post on this forum. This is a great site.
