well today I was given a RCBS jr reloading kit to me by a family friend. I know nothing at all about reloading so im gonna post a pic of the stuff i have received. I want to get into reloading my .300 win mag and my 30-06 so i know that some dies, powder and primers and i dont know what else...

sporterized Smith-Corona 03A3

I have a old 03A3 with aperture sights on it but my issue is I cant see past 75 yards with them. I have a stigmatism in my eyes and my right eye is blurry at all times wich means I cant see out of my sights. I have correctee lenses but they do not work at all. Any one have advice for me?:cuss:

Well actually I want a magnum rifle (.300 WM if I ever go moose hunting or bear)

I have no limit. Recoil dont bother me. Get me a lightweight .50 BMG and I'll shoot it.

I found out I will have to get work done to the bolt and get it drilled and tapped. Screw that, Ill keep it as is and use it for target. Just a excuse for me to buy another rifle :)

Well guys, I found a old tasco scope in my gun case, I was going to ordr the mount for it but I held off and i will save a little longer for a Leupold rifleman scope. I figure a rifle like this deserves good glass.

the front and rear sights are both redfield International match. is says so right on the side of them :D

There are no markings on the bbl. Just a > about a inch away from the reciver.

I may as well sell them sence they are no use to me... What should i ask for them?

Whats a NM bbl? How do I tell if it is? I will put a cheap scope on it for now. I have bad eyes wich makes the peep too hard to use. I plan on doing this gun up and hopefuly take it to alaska to hunt moose with it one day if i ever get the money lol.

If I was you i would buy a cheap marlin model 60 with a synthetic stock or a cheap savage bolt .22 with a synthetic stock instead of the single shot, you have bolt or a autoloader wich might be alot better for your uses. Both these firearms can be had for under $130 and IMO are better than the...

ttt, any ideas on what to get for a scope?

also the only reason I want a scope is because I cant see anything clearly, hell i can hardly see anything at all past 90 yards with the peep sight. i am thinking of a weaver K6 or someting like that.
