Dispose of it...cheaper to buy more than pay Dr,'s bills and not to mention damage to you and gun. Powder is cheap...blood and other parts of your body isn't.
I have always enjyed my S&W 29 and have primarly shot my 1911's a lot more bt have gotten back to shooting revolvers more and enjoying not having to catch brass. Still shoot my semi autos but even have broke out my S&W 66 357 and shooting 357 and 38' is funny how we come full circle sometimes...
W231 is good powder and can enjoy shooting some of milder loads and after get as old as i am mild is better for shooting paper. Unique works well too, might be a tad dirtier but then cleaning weapon never bother me anyway.
Just make sure watch OAL on your 40's for they are high pressure round and seating too deep is a real no no. Too much pressure and have ruined weapn and possibly some fingers or hand too. Be safe and enjoy.
I bought some Wolf back when was primer shortage and haven't had any problems with them and no duds yet. Hard to beat the price but seems i keep going back to CCI but i have had same luck with the Wolf primers.
I just heard thru a friend in Jackson area. seems even the instructor is woking on paperwork and figure out what it is. As far as knowing anything about it ....seems have been a well kept secret. I would love to take the course but seems not many instructors and i'm not sure they have figured...
