Sure you can shoot shotshells in a slug barrel, but as said the rifling will spin the shot cup and when the shot exits the muzzle it spreads like a bad rumor.

Aren't ya just gonna shoot it again? Spend less time cleaning and more time shooting.

I don't know that there is much more that a .50 could do that a .45 cannot when it comes to 2 legged critters.

They work well for the big guns like the Contender and XP's, Strikers, etc, with forewood or full stocks. But I've found that if I rest a shortgun on the barrel groups go all to hell. I prefer to rest my forearms on a bag and hold the gun in hand.
