    Thanks to all.... I will make the move to the 230 XTP after this box is done. I do tend to follow the recommended load data, I find it's recommended for a reason.

    Thanks..... Yep they are indeed .452. I did find load data for this under Colt 45. Nothing for ACP. The guy who sold them to me said he used them as a defense load. He was focused on mass and the low chance of the round passing through. This is my first 45; I have been shooting a 9 for 3...

    I picked up a box of Hornady 45 ACP .452 250 Gr Hp/XTP on sale. Went to load them this afternoon and could not find any Load Data. Anyone have any suggestions for a good starting load. I am currently using W231 powder. Thanks, Sam
