There are great thin 9's, if thin is the main criterion.
Depending upon the overall size you can tolerate:
P7 - the best, in so many ways
Kahr - K9 best, P9 for lighter, PM9 for lighter and smaller
Rohrbaugh - true class and tiny
And yeah, S&W 3913, Walther PPS, Sig 938
