Thanks to both of you for your input. Since it's a new trigger assembly that just leaves the bolt as the problem. It's pretty beat up!

My friend's 511 Scoremaster has a problem with the bolt coming out during normal use. I took a look at it for him, cleaned everything and checked to make sure there were no parts missing. He had jammed the magazine so I freed it and set it in the well properly and the problem seemed to be fixed...
