I also have XL hands and I don't have a problem gripping a LCP, my problem comes when I wear jeans getting the gun out of my pocket other types of pants seem to have a bigger pocket opening and I don't have a problem just jeans.

Two different animals. Either you like revolvers or autos. Was a revolver man but changed to a auto fan now. I carry a LCP or a LC9s depending on clothing.

Over the years I started with a Smith 36, 60, 37, Mustang, Pony and now a LCP and the LCP is the best hands down

My wife started out with a Taurus PT 22. After a year or so she went to a LCP and now uses a LC9s. She jumps back and forth depending on which pocketbook she has with her.

I have a Winchester Defender I keep handy for self defense and I have 30 rounds of #4 buck very close in case I need them.

I bought a Sears 12ga pump shotgun with a poly chock so old it has no serial number (pre '68) for $50. I use it when hunting on rainy days, snow etc. and it has never failed me.
