I would put a small squirt of carb. cleaner into the firing pin channel.if there is crud in there the cleaner should dissolve it.

Has anyone called Sig or Glock customer service about their opinion on steel case ammunition? I would be interested, but not enough to actually call them…..

USA and Ramline brand magazines are two brands to stay away from. These were available some years ago.

I had the same problem as you described. CZ Custom suggested that I change the trigger by replacing it with a CZ 85 trigger. It made a huge difference for me.

I would try a different weight of bullet before I did anything else.

I would suggest wrapping several rubber bands around the grip. This should give you a non slip gripping area. Your Hellcat should stop squirming upon firing it.

I would like to see an after market manufacturer develop a manual safety for the Shield with a different profile. I would want it to be easily manipulated by the shooter. It’s present profile is almost useless

Beings as how you don’t get out to shoot very much, I would suggest getting some 9mm snap caps. Do a lot of dry firing. It will help with the fundamentals.
