Bought my wife a PF9 for Christmas of '09, and it went BACK to the factory twice before it functioned properly. If you give the customer service rep enough grief, they will give you a UPS call tag so you don't have to pay for shipping. I know it's a pain, but once you get it working...
I guess the main conflict with it is whether or not to be practical. However, practical doesn't always satisfy. I'd just hate to take a bath on the mossie, cuz I know I won't ever get $500 back out of it. ....:banghead:
i'll be back to the US in about a week, and soon after that, I'll be able to break out the mossie and see what kind of groups I can get out of it. I'll give an update
