I'm using a Comp-Tac MTAC Inside waistband CC holster and I tuck my shirt between holster and belt-clips without any printing and it's very compfortable. I spent around $80 for it and am very happy with it.

I have owned three Sigs over my time with firearms and I've been pleased with all save one. The two I liked were the P229 (.357sig) and the X5 Tactical (9mm). The one I didn't like was the P220. It was just not a good fit for me. I used to say "I hate Glocks" and that I'd never carry one...
What would make a quality 1911 such as a DW or Colt Elite not capable of shooting full power 10mm in regular use? Are you suggesting that the 1911 platform is not designed well enough to handle a more powerful load than the .45?
I have a Dan Wesson Razorback and it's awesome! I'd say forget the Colt Delta or the S&W. Maybe get a Glock if you want something light, but if you want a 10mm in a accurate gun definitely a 1911. DW is best all around value, but if you can afford it get a Fusion.
I'd say that the best thing you can get for a defensive load is going to be the Federal Hydra shok in 230gr. I've shot a few people with them and they stopped them pretty good. :D
I have a 229 in .357sig and it's just flat out amazing. I would strongly suggest the Sig Sauer platform as they did develop the first pistol for it and it's very accurate.
