    After inspecting the cylinder stop it seems that the side that is giving me a problem has a slight bevel to it. Nothing major but noticeable if you're really looking.     I just bought a new Taurus 85 Ultralight. When the hammer is down I can spin the cylinder with a little force. Almost like the cylinder stop is holding the cylinder very lightly but will let the cylinder spin if you grasp it and apply a little force. The stop doesn't seem to be hanging up, but...
