Once my wife and I where at a discount store, and I had noticed the security guard was wearing an empty holster! This was long before I brought my first firearm and got interested in our culture, so i had no idea what i was looking at, thinking "what good is an empty holster, what is he going to...
We have a house rule, no guns after a sip, but that is part of the compromise that sold my wife on it in the first place so i stick to my side.
Missed an opportunity, my friend, shulda said " Armed & Hammered!
Three things, first, i love my meter readers, they once startled the crap outta me and countered my response with " if I wanted to scare you like that, I would have said "ROAR"" seccond, honestly, I don't see that many people at the door to make a Procedure for it, identify them as a meter...
my brothers/buddies and I all went to the range and had a impromptu target competition, when we where done, we came to my place for lunch and brought our targets in to judge, compare. when my wife saw that we all went out, shot pistols all morning and not only did no one wind up dead, but we all...
The wife prefers my GP100 to the m&p 9mm she shot at a rental range, but lusts for a Taurus model 94, in her mind, high capacity, it's a revolver(we like them) and it doesn't have any recoil.

my guess is with the light gun and heavy recoil the cheeper bullets might be coming unseated and protruding through the front of the chambers. the more $$$ bullets might have a tighter crimp¿
Oups
YEa, so uh you're not to let the slide of an automatic snap back without a round in there? :uhoh: i think i have to go apolige to the gander gun guys now.
"no wonder they sold me a gp100 instead
I voted style, my one and only firearm is a 4" gp100. I chose based only on the way it looked/felt in my hand(and easier sell past the wife). A few months after I had a chance to shoot a m&p .40 and i am very glad i chose a wheel gun, the way all the clockwork comes together to bring up the next...
OK, so say my gun does go "click", than what?
Do you guys carry a lingth of rod to poke down the barrel? (is this the "range rod" that i hear of sometimes) or take it out of battery (swing the cylender out of a revolver) and look down it :scrutiny:? the latter seems like a good way to make the...
