I am AK ignorant. how do i detect a canted gas block. Can some one provide a pic of a good one and tell how it would be different...or can we be lucky enough that some one has a pic of a canted gas block?

Too bad the reviews of the diamondback are less than stellar. Its slightly longer grip feels a lot better in my hands than my LCP. A buddy has a diamondback and I hope to get to shoot it soon.

What magical things are you expecting from the keltec over the LCP? If your LCP is reliable stick with it. Best case scenario you replace a reliable LCP with a reliable keltec. I personally prefer the more refined finish of the LCP.

Mine has been 100% reliable but I hate the trigger. I know it needs to be hard since it is a pocket pistol but I can't hit the broad side of a barn with it.

thanks for all the replies. I decided to stay cheap and get a marlin. I'm gonna keep my extra money I had slated for this and save up for a bigger bore rifle. I had $100 in gift cards, and with the marlin rebate I almost got it for no $$ out of pocket (once I get my rebate $$ back).
