my buddies are having a hard time finding ammo from their usual online sources, so if you stumble across a box of something you know you'll use and the price is right go for it...if you were going to spend the money on ammo eventually anyway there's not much of a difference in the grand...

last weekend i bought a walther ppq in 9mm and a buckmark stainless urx...both have been great so far, very pleased with 'em...the buckmark especially seems like a lifetime keeper right off the bat...such a solid gun!

that sounds like pure greed, not concern for safety...i'd only put up with it if the range fee was so low that it was still a good deal even with BYO boxed ammo...i'd just consider it a supplemental range fee...but *only* if it was still cheaper than going to the next range down the road...
