Trigger all the way forward? Every double action revolver I own requires the trigger to fully travel back forward before firing the next shot. Are we comparing this to a semi-auto trigger or is there something extra funky about the LCR trigger?

Can't say for sure, but there was a select fire SMG called the Skorpion. From the rest of the list it would seem this is what was banned, not the .32 ACP pistols.
