I load 8 gr of no 2 with 255 gr lswc. Walkalong measured it at around 830 fps. This is still standard pressure.

I would think 7 gr is bottom rung. 6 seems low.
To me 9mm makes sense in a 3” 1911 With the officers grip. If I can carry the full size grip 4.25” I just shoot .45.

Lyman shows their bullets/moulds in my manual. And doesn’t show AA powder.
I like the powder manu data; some of the older ones like Accurate Number One are fantastic. They tend to show loads for more/most powders rather than the same few favorites over and over.
In a SAA clone, I’d switch to #2. the loads will be low case fill but it’s not position sensitive at all. Low flash. Good burn. All good. Just the danger of double charge if you don’t pay attention.
