The spring is supposed to be in the groove under the shell plate as it enters station 5 and back up as it exits station 1. shouldn't have any issue with the spring after that.
I need help! I recently got my new Hornady LNL AP and i have a problem. :cuss: The machine seems to chew through components pretty fast and I can not keep enough components on the shelf to keep it fed! :banghead: My single stage never had this problem. :evil:

Using a single stage is a must for a beginner. I have one and have made a ton of ammo with it. I just recently upgraded to a progressive. They will both see a lot of use.
If I am making a suggestion I would say buy what you can afford but i would lean toward progressive. But you can't go wrong...
This is not my picture but mine is identical(except mine has a regular handle not a torque wrench). Looks like a pacific of some sort. Markings on both sides. One side "SUPER" other side "DELUXE".
